POLLÁK ŠAĽA s.r.o. , company address: Diakovská 6245/9C, 927 01 Šaľa, (Slovak Republic), Company registration number (IČO): 36 555 690, as an Operator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) complies with the legal regulations concerning measures to ensure the safety and protection of entrusted personal data in full compliance with the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” (General Data Protection Regulation)), and the Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amende.


The personal information that you provide is used solely to respond to your questions, for advertising purposes, in the extent that is allowed by law, to receive the newsletter, or to meet your wishes and requirements. We process personal data for such purposes if your voluntary consent was given, which can be withdrawn at any time by sending an e-mail to or in writing to the following address: Diakovská 6245/9C, 927 01 Šaľa (Slovak Republic). Personal data of the User will not be publisher or given to third parties, will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union, or the Operator will not take decisions that are important to the User in an automated manner. 


The User can contact the Operator through our contact form on the websites and in order to obtain feedback and advice and so provide the Operator with his or her personal data. The contact forms can be found in various places on our website and provide the opportunity to send us a question about our products, services or general information. The provision of personal data is voluntary. The legal basis of the processing of the data provided by the User is in this case, the legitimate interest of the Operator to contact the User and provide any answer or advice. Personal data, which the User can provide to the Operator, are as follows: a) first and last name, b) e-mail address, c) phone number, d) name of company. The purpose of the processing user´s personal data is to contact the User. Personal data will only be processed for the time necessary while communicating with the User. The User declares by voluntary provision of personal data that the data provided are correct, accurate and up-to-date. 


By visiting and further using the websites and the User can provide the Operator his or her personal data. The provision of personal data by the User may result form a voluntary registration to receive the newsletter with an e-mail address, from which we can determine his or her identity, or from a voluntary filling in the contact form linked to the selected content of websites. The provision of personal data is voluntary. The necessary condition for the processing of user personal data by the Operator for the purpose of sending the newsletter is to gain consent of the User to the processing of personal data within the scope necessary to send marketing messages, and this consent shall be the only legal basis for processing of the data provided by the User (e-mail address). In order to ensure the operator´s entitlement to process the personal data provided, the User must express his or her consent to the storage and further processing of the collected personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose stated in this article. The consent of the User according to the preceding clause shall enter into force at the moment of giving voluntary consent by ticking the appropriate check-box in the on-line form and lasts for a period of two years or until the consent of the User has been withdrawn. The Operator has the right to process the data provided for the period of the duration of the consent. The purpose of the processing of personal data of the User is to enable to take the requested newsletter (information leaflet) by sending such a newsletter to the contact addresses provided by the User, in particular in electronic form. The User declares by voluntary provision of personal data that the data provided are correct, true and up to date, otherwise, she or he shall be responsible for any damage caused by an incorrect, false or outdated information to the Operator. The User is required to notify the Operator of any change of his or her personal data.

The cookies files (cookies) can be saved when you use the websites and Cookies are small, text files that are saved in the browser that you use. These files help us identify, what visitors of our website prefer and accordingly arrange our websites so that our on-line services are focused on users and as user-friendly as possible. This files does not cause any damage in your computer. The User has always the option of expressing its consent or refuse saving the cookie files, by setting its web browser, giving permission, or on the contrary, rejection of saving cookies.

In the case of refusal of consent (the rejection of cookies in a web browser), the Operator can not guarantee that some function of the on-line services will be completely accessible.

The Operator is not responsible for the storage of cookies on the websites of third parties, or the use of cookies stored in the user´s terminal equipment by third parties.


We further improve our websites using mainly Google Analytics of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses coolies, i.e. text files that are stored in your computer and are used to analyse your use of our on-line services. As a rule, your behaviour data generated by cookies are transferred to the Google server in the U.S. and stored there. In the case of activating IP address anonymization in online services, Google will shorten the IP address in the Meer States of the European Union and the European Economic Area. A complete IP address is sent to Google in the USA only in exceptional cases and abbreviated there. Operator´s databases containing personal data are protected by encryption and non-public information access in accordance with the latest technical standards.

  6. Transferring your personal data to another operator in a structured and machine-readable form pursuant to Article 20 GDPR.
  7. Right to object under Article 21 GDPR.
  8. It is the right of a data subject to withdraw its consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on the given consent prior to his/her withdrawal if such consent has been given by the data subject. The withdrawal of consent must be as easy as giving consent.
  9. If the processing of personal data is not carried out on the basis of your consent, you have the right to express objection to the processing due to your personal situation or if you suspect that the data are processed illegally.
  10. You have the right to file a complaint to the supervising body, in particular in the Member State of your usual residence, place of work or at the place of the alleged violation, and the right to an effective legal remedy if you believe that your personal data are processed contrary to the law.
